▪ Responsible of hiring the vacancies in the hospitals & head office ▪End to End recruitment including sourcing, screening, short listing, pre and post interview follow ups till closure. ▪ Handling Saudization project ▪ Preparing statistical reports regarding recruiting& Saudization ▪ Handling the onboarding and orientation for all new employees.

▪ Searching and Interviewing Candidates for any vacancy & Selecting and Recruitment. ▪ Conducting psychometric tests, interviews in accordance to the recruitment and selection system adopted at the company. ▪ Preparing vacancy announcements either through the company's internal advertising or through posting on the Internet and in various media to attract qualified candidates. ▪ End to End recruitment including sourcing, screening, short listing, pre and postinterview follow ups till closure. ▪ Preparing statistical reports regarding turnover rates, dismissal from service, complaints and absence rates for the various departments and divisions in the company and Auditors. ▪ Identifying manpower requirements and priorities and contributing in the preparation of recruitment plans. ▪ Handling the onboarding and orientation for all new employees. ▪ Address and resolve work-related problems.
