• Builded a manufacturing application that combines operational data from mrp with enviromental data from production process using IoT devices.I managed to inprove both product quality and production process quality by monitoring operational IoT devices and forcing operants to normalize production parameters to process normals. An other positive achivement was to supervise production process and giving positive or negative feedbacks about production process build a awareness among production personell and forced them to gain auto control. • Builded a loging module to keep track of every parameter at seconds based interval for all production orders. With this module I builded a charting tool give a wide and clear sight to pinpoint production problems. • Digitalized quality control process to store qc values for further evaluation, prevent user errors, reduce paper waste. • Builded a monthly demand forcast system to form a base for both purchase planing and production planing. Managed to improve demand meeting percents and helped to achive ontime production with less raw material storing. • Builded a auto mailing system to check profitability of every sale and warn if a low profit value detected. • Created a Barcode Label Printing module both to reduce paper waste about 60% and increase the speed of printing process by 300%. • Automated some periodic applications by system using both sql jobs and .Net Microservices. • Builded a data sycronization service with build in retrying algo to syncronize data over different platforms using wpf,sql,rest api,windows service. • Builded a web reporting tool that can generate repots from sql queries to reduce report creating time by 95% using sql,rest api,jquery,asp.net. • Builded web based reporting and document tool that hosts every required data and document for sales team to reduce workload of salse support team by 40% using sql,blazor,rest api,windows service.
