After years leading complex, multimillion-pound bids, I noticed something consistent — the difference between winning and losing was almost never the document itself. It was the strategy behind it. With over 15 years’ experience leading high-performing bid teams across construction, infrastructure and renewables, I’ve managed pursuit strategies worth hundreds of millions and built teams that deliver under pressure. Today, I work as an independent Bid Consultant, partnering with businesses who want to compete more intelligently. I specialise in fixing the high-level problems that keep great companies from winning great work.
