* I supported the Finance team as a Business Analyst during peak period, within the Fulfilment Centre based in Tilbury. This experience has allowed me to build upon my analytical skills. * Responsibilities: * Daily reporting of Fulfillment Centre metrics such as performance by path, week to date performance, punch report, Time off Task. All of these metrics provides support to HR and operations teams. * Weekly involvement in labour planning for the FC, which has allowed me to understand how planning and forecasting works. I would then hold meetings with HR and discuss the metrics in more detail. * Using excel to consolidate data and then applying this data to improve the efficiency of operations, such as the clocking in report. * Using SQL to pull data, based on requirements for operations – I recently completed an SQL course within Amazon. * Improving speed and quality for operations by automating excel spreadsheets such as Stow to Prime Mix Map for Inbound and Punch Report.

* I worked as an Area Manager in various Fulfillment Centre’s for one year. This exposure to the company has given me an insight of what Amazon do as an organisation, which will benefit me in the future. * Responsibilities: * Managing a team of up to 130 associates on a daily basis. Supporting and coaching employees was an integral part of the role. * Weekly reporting requiring in depth analysis and the ability to use excel proficiently. * Leading HR grievance investigations end to end, with the support of HR. * Dealing with unforeseen challenges that arise in the fast-paced nature of operations. * Concessions owner within EUK5 which required in depth and high analytical excel skills. * Placement in Inventory Defects team to understand the analytics behind the data. I now understand the problems that can arise within operations and how to put in place solutions to overcome these challenges.

* Responsibilities: * Management of operations and technical recruitment which involves briefing agencies, conducting interviews and supporting leads in their decisions. * Management of the workable recruitment system and responsibility for ensuring that the system is GDPR compliant. * On boarding new starters, typically 10-15 per month. * Day to day management of pre-employment checks. * Issuing of contracts and extensions via DocuSign. * Management of joiners, movers and leavers process through JIRA. * Management of the day to day HR activities. * Managing grievance complaints from investigation through to resolution. * Coordinate DSE work assessments, analyse the reports and action any flagged concerns. * Supporting the HRBP with managing policies. * Ad Hoc projects to improve efficiency of HR work stream. * Coordinating events and office parties to improve environment and culture.
