I am a trial attorney in the Litigation division of the Missouri Attorney General's Office, representing the state in civil matters. My responsibilities include trial preparation and court appearances, researching and writing motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, and managing complex civil e-discovery. I have also successfully represented the Attorney General's Office and Attorney General Chris Koster before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Additionally, I have experience in immigration law, including business- and family-based immigration, T and U visa applications, citizenship, asylum, and deportation relief. I'm currently looking for volunteer, pro bono and nonprofit opportunities, as well as opportunities for professional and educational development in both trial practice and immigration law. My interests include public service, the art of storytelling in the courtroom, immigration law and policy, and baseball.
