I am an HR professional with a diverse background in digital marketing and recruitment. After studying German and Finance at university in China and completing a Master's in Marketing at the Australian National University, I transitioned into the HR field, where I discovered my passion for talent acquisition. At Renrui Talent, I have gained valuable experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring the best talent is aligned with our clients' needs. My expertise in data analysis and user growth strategies, honed during my time in digital marketing, has helped me streamline the hiring process and contribute to successful talent matches. Outside of work, I enjoy knitting, playing games, and engaging in meaningful conversations. I'm excited to continue growing my HR career and contribute to building strong, dynamic teams.
