I am an accomplished professional with a diverse background in educational leadership, administrative development, and corporate governance. My passion for creating impactful institutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement has driven my career in both the education and corporate sectors. Currently, I hold the position of Governance and Legal Affairs Manager at Yasmoo Holding Company, where I am responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulations and corporate best practices. In addition, I am proud to serve as a Board Member at Yasmoo Holding and three other companies in diverse sectors ( Education, hospitality, and trading) since 2021, utilizing my expertise to contribute to the companies' strategic vision and growth. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, equipping me with a strong foundation in business principles and management. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Law in Corporate Governance from The University of Law, UK. This advanced degree will further enhance my ability to navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape and ensure organizational success.
