Center for Research in Aging (CREA) is a joint Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory-UC Berkeley lab - conducted primary and secondary research, to study the endocrine and metabolic basis of aging using in-silico modeling - proactively stepped up to manage a group of 10 researchers, across 3 international teams, and liaised with third-party stakeholders such as VCs and legal consultants; earned promotion following recognition for superior performance and organizational ability - represented laboratory at international conferences in the US, Brazil, Portugal, and Austria

- supervised a team of 8 voting officers and oversaw a voting location that served over 2000 voters - relayed information in an efficient manner to District Electoral Office to ensure accurate, secure, and timely vote count reporting in a closely contested district - assisted voters with disabilities and provided translation support to voters - proactively resolved voting equipment issues to ensure seamless and efficient voting experience

- developed public outreach campaign for an electric shuttle bus program and on-site food composting system; engaged with members of the public to educate them on sustainable practices - assisted with planning project timelines for building efficiency retrofits and fleet electrification - reviewed and contributed towards a company-wide ‘Net Zero by 2030’ roadmap, which included scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions reduction targets

- cultivated client relationships in multi-week programs by delivering personalized roadmaps for clients’ skills progression, performing in a dynamic environment while catering to requests - developed skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-expert audiences

- managed a team of 4, and oversaw project timelines to ensure punctual and satisfactory completion of project deliverables - extracted grid load data from CAISO and solar irradiance + wind speed data from NREL using APIs - modeled renewables cost curves based on varying nameplate capacities and financial metrics, and explored means to integrate grid storage and demand response into existing models - generated report that led to Post Road Foundation winning a Dept. of Energy grant

- Studied endocrinological and metabolic systems using in silico modeling - Represented lab at research symposiums; included as an author in a research paper submitted for publication
