Design and implement enterprise GIS architectures and automated solutions supporting NB 9-1-1 operations, emergency management, and supporting province-wide spatial data governance. Lead data standards, automation strategy, and cross-system integration to strengthen reliability, interoperability, and decision-readiness across public safety systems. ● Designed the strategic framework and automation architecture for the NG9-1-1 Guardian Map update system, establishing schema governance, data standards, and a controlled analyst request workflow that ensures PSAPs receive validated, application safe spatial datasets essential for accurate call-taking and location identification. ● Led the modernization of New Brunswick’s provincial public locator, defining search schema, bilingual logic, and expanded feature sets, including alternate road names, POIs, and kilometre markers—to improve public search accuracy. ● Architected a rapid-deployment reporting prototype during wildfire activations, identifying critical capability gaps and shaping the roadmap for a departmental analytics and situational-awareness platform now being advanced into a formal project. ● Developed automated data validation, transformation, and export pipelines (XML, Excel, SDE, shapefiles) that strengthen data quality, reduce operational risk, and standardize provincial data shared with internal and external partners.

● Volunteered with All Hands & Hearts in Krakow, Poland to support local groups who are addressing the needs of Ukrainian refugees. ● Relocated to Saint John, NB ● Obtained National Lifeguard recertifications and worked casual hours as a Lifeguard ● Dedicating time to personal development through artistic pursuits, continuous learning & health and wellness activities.

Worked closely with business departments to lead transformation and modernization through strategic use of technology. Guided technology adoption from needs assessment and process mapping to vendor selection and implementation. ● Led the selection and implementation of a vaccination tracking system to meet regulatory requirements. ● Designed and developed a Power Platform solution to manage the lifecycle of product change requests (PCR) providing a single source for input and tracking. ● Performed an assessment of Human Resources applications against business requirements. Documented as-is detailed business processes through in person and virtual interview sessions, identified process and technology gaps and provided a comprehensive list of recommendations to maximize technology investments, and standardize and streamline business processes. ● M365 Admiral (temporary assignment 20%, 2022) - Led the Microsoft adoption program with a team of 20 ‘Captains’ throughout the organization. - Organized company wide training and coached captains on determining technology suitability. - Managed the delivery of enhancements through third external contractors. - Led the migration of the intranet to SharePoint, resulting in a manageable, scalable solution.

Led the delivery of IT services for Fleetway Inc. which offers engineering, technical and management services; managed daily technical needs and collaborated with senior decision makers to align IT with strategic business objectives. Facilitated communications among technical resources, managed projects and liaised with business and IT staff to ensure the delivery of quality IT solutions. Key Accomplishments: ● Built mutually beneficial cross-functional relationships between IT shared services and the business at all levels of the company, through clear and consistent communication, visibility and assurance of delivery. ● Identified opportunities and led delivery to align business practices with corporate processes to ensure complete standardization. ● Led the development of a prototype reporting tool to be used by the Department of Defence in ship maintenance planning. The prototype has created opportunity for business growth in the area of technical service delivery.

Guided and mentored students and contractors in the ongoing development of projects, maintained a high level of application development and support for a variety of applications used in various lines of business and created innovative solutions to challenging technical and GIS requirements. Key Accomplishments: ● Designed the content management plan for ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Online for multifaceted business requirements, which included Group, Role and Content naming conventions, thumbnail standards and development, test and deployment procedures for new content. ● Led the development and implementation of visual standards for printed and digital GIS deliverables, which included base map design, cartographic symbology and layout and branding consistent with corporate standards. ● Designed, developed and implemented internal and public, web based mapping applications showing the Canadian spending for the government shipbuilding programs including a data input UI, database design, data processing and reporting UI. The internal application is used by the company owner for discussions with federal, provincial and municipal leaders while the public map meets regulatory requirements for public information.

Leveraged the ESRI platform to develop and support a variety of desktop, mobile and web applications for use in diverse JDI businesses. Key Accomplishments: ● Developed a web-based tracking system for a large, ongoing railway maintenance project using linear referencing, with the JavaScript front end providing the ability to edit plans and track progress as well as print standardized progress reports for adherence to government regulations ● Designed and led the development of the customer facing GIS web site, a SharePoint based site which serves as a base for company wide GIS information, providing access to a repository of PDF and image file maps, user documentation and links to web maps, ArcGIS and Portal content.

Collected customer requirements and developed GIS products, which included print and web-based maps, analysis results, and reusable tools and models to support business decisions. Managed VP customer expectations and priorities in a fast paced, high demand environment. Key Accomplishments: - Increased expectations of quality for GIS products with consistent delivery of professional level products ● Designed and liaised with printing company to create large maps displayed at the corporate head office. ( 6’x6’ and larger) ● Developed automations for recurring map requests.

- Provide telephone support and financial advice to current and potential customers.

- Liaising between Sales staff and corporate office, resolving complaints, processing and manage contracts and tax calculations. - Plan, deliver and evaluate education sessions and guide new and existing employees in the sales of computer and peripherals.

Intensive advanced-studies program focused on the collection, storage, manipulation, analysis, interpretation and communication of geospatial information. During the completion of the program, team and individual industry projects were judged as "industry standard."
