Elise Davidson

As President of the Hamilton DECA chapter, I lead and manage all chapter operations. This includes overseeing our officer team, delegating responsibilities, and fostering collaboration. I drive member engagement through strategic planning of meetings and initiatives, ensuring an active chapter environment.

As Vice President of Public Relations for my high school's DECA chapter, I liaised between my chapter and local supporting businesses. I managed external communications by facilitating and directing sponsor recruitment, writing social media content for sponsors, creating a monthly newsletter for business partners, and composing thank-you notes for judges and supporters.

As a Student Advisory Board Member, I represent the student body and influence administrative decision-making on critical school policies. I consider unique student needs, advise administration, and create consensus to ensure policies are effective, meet student requirements, and support Hamilton's mission.

As a Patron Services Member at the Hamilton Fine Arts Center, I assist patrons by managing ticket-taking, seating, and safety procedures. I also guide them to the correct entrances to manage efficient traffic flow and collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and helpful customer service.

I support 17 local high schools by driving business initiatives, promoting student work, and collaborating with other ambassadors. I also serve as a direct resource for Leadership Council members in my area.

As a WI DECA LC Member, I assisted state officers with statewide growth and communication initiatives, collaborated on projects to support Wisconsin DECA's mission, and contributed using my communication and organizational skills.
