- Provides assistance managing the activities of the central purchasing division and management services. Responsibilities entail accountability based on measurable cost effective results for the substance, efficiency, productivity and quality. - Assist with, or prepares contracts; reviews specifications for all departments ensuring all required terms and conditions, contractual provisions, and clauses required are included Supervises and participates in the preparation of proposals, issues, purchase orders and recommends the awarding of contracts to vendors. - Assist with developing procurement policies and administrative procedures; responsible for keeping abreast of changes in procurement trends maintains Purchasing Division performance data, procurement documentation, and leading the team of Purchasing department if needed in behalf of Purchasing Manager. - Assists with preparation and monitoring of departmental budget, Supervises work and activities of 5 purchasing staff members in all manners of the day to day operations of the Purchasing Division. - Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies. - Responsibilities include assisting in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Develop, Overview and follow up on having reliable supply sources at Packaging material & raw materails  Contact the suppliers to follow up the supplying and visit its company monthly .  Purchase the highest quality with the lowest possible price  Reviews purchase orders for correct information to accommodate accounts payable in payment of the product  Issue the purchase order  Negotiate offers with suppliers and reach the best price and Negotiate payment terms  Deliver the goods according the MRP schedule dates.  Developing new Vendors and maintaining relations with existing suppliers reate and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement. - Analysis and recommendations on cost effectiveness. - Negotiate and manage all contracts and agreements for assigned commodities. - Researches and evaluates commodity areas and makes recommendations for standardization and additions to qualified Products List. - Vendor performance evaluation

1-Work According To Applicable Manuals and Regulations. Governing Work and According To Written & Verbal Instructions from My Management .2- Supervises All Warehouse Personnel and Guides Them on the Day to Day Warehouse Operations To Assure That All Activities Are Well Coordinate. 3- Participate In the Selection, Training, Supervision and Evaluation of Staff Members. 4- Prepare Daily And Quarter Reports About All Warehouse Activities To Management .5- Oversee Receiving And Counting Stock Items And Record Data Manually Or Using Computer. 6- Oversee Packing And Unpacking Items To Be Stocked On Shelves In Stockrooms, Warehouses, Or Storage Yards. 7- Verify Inventory Computations By Comparing Them To Physical Counts Of Stock, And Investigate Discrepancies Or Adjust Errors. 8- Handling stock levels (Min,Max)
