Fully responsible for the editorial content & management of the magazine, including story selection, final editing and proofreading, negotiation with local and international collaborators, reporting coordination, and occasionally participating in special stories both as reporter and photographer as well. Managed the collateral budget to produce stories, pay collaborators, acquire rights, etc. Assisted in developing and implementing new strategies to carve out and build market niche.

In charge of writing, editing and publishing the whole set of technical documents for the company’s products, translating the usually complex instructions, methods and concepts involved in software production into a set of technical documents bearing a simple, direct and user-friendly approach. Created and implemented the technical documentation department, selected and trained a team of employees and interns, and designed the interface between technical, engineering, marketing and sales personnel. Authored the strategy to periodically update and publish online all technical documents, thus generating a significant reduction in production costs (print and distribution).
