Responsible of the regional (EMEA & LATAM) PV Projects team comprising all activities from projects development, Engineering, Procurement, Projects Controls and Construction.

My role was to lead the full value chain (Business Development, Sales, Execution and O&M) in all renewable business on hand: Solar (PV and thermo-solar), Wind, mini-Hidro and biomass. We have strong presence for years in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Chile, US, France, Morocco, Algeria, Italy, Germany and are currently finalizing to plant the seeds to further develop in some other countries/regions to offer our services. Managed to open the Chilean Market by signing first PV plant construction (70MW) for the Company.

In charge of the four EPC infrastructure projects of the Redondo‐Entrecanales and Necso‐ Redondo JVs. During this period I led the closing process of all projects (10 elevated stations and approx. 10 Km of guideway).

Senior Project Manager of several Design&Built EPC Tren Urbano sections named Villa Nevarez, Rio Bayamon and Centro Medico. Those projects ranged from 35M$ to 80M$ and were complex EPC contracts with both elevated guideways, cut and cover and several signature metro stations

I was responsible to execute the deck of one (Ting Kau side) of the three decks of the world record bridge of Ting Kau. I was also responsible of the execution of the electric substation for the bridge at the Ting Kau side and the auxiliary Works to deviate the Nulah River via pre‐cast concrete culverts.

Within a large EPC infrastructure project I was responsible to execute the concrete structure of areas 2 and 4 of the station (1/3 of the structure) of a contracto totalling 600M$

In charge to manage the full Department of Project Management&Construction in the region. As Head of the Department, my role was to assure portfolio management of the projects through the PMs, full responsibility of costs and time related risks of the projects as well as to lead Clients relations at Executive level. As a new developing region (Mexico and the Caribbean), one of my key roles was to replicate the Iberian success in the Mexican region by building a new local organization combined with in house resources and prepare it to assume the growth expected in the region. I also lead the change from Supply&Installation contracts to full Turnkey (EPC) solutions.

While being the General Manager for the Polish and Bulgarian subsidiaries, in charge of the management of all international activities of the Company in its subsidiaries of Poland, Bulgaria and UAE. Once operational organization was established (several wind farms under construction and other infrastructures), I was also in charge of the business development in Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, UAE and OMAN with an active role in developing new contracts and businesses for the company in the region, identify main stakeholders in the different countries and establishing relations with all of them, match opportunities with Company’s capabilities and transforming them into successful tender processes and Contracts signature under FIDIC.

* Product Manager in charge of Geotextiles and Geocomposites. In this job my responsibilities were as follows: *  Development of technical evaluations for the use of different solutions with Geotextiles in public * Works and in building construction. *  Design of new commercial approaches to new products to be introduced in Spain. *  Joint development with external suppliers of training courses to be given in house. *  Design of promotional campaigns. *  Responsibility of monthly sales results. *  Develop technical cases at different international congresses such as the first Spanish Geotextile Congress.
