Joining the Flex family as a Recruiter for the GBS Team was a defining moment in my career. In this role, I quickly immersed myself in the manufacturing industry's diverse job profiles, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams across Mexico. Within my first year, I expanded my horizons by recruiting for positions in the US and Canada, becoming an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team. I have honed my sourcing skills on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, and Computrabajo, allowing me to identify and engage top talent effectively. With experience using the HRSmart system and now leveraging Workday, I have adapted to the evolving landscape of recruitment technologies. Additionally, my participation in LinkedIn and Social Talent training has equipped me with advanced techniques in sourcing strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and fostering communication with Hiring Managers. In my role as a Recruitment Coordinator, I collaborated closely with clients to assess their staffing needs, strategically prioritizing efforts to align with their specific requirements. I led a dedicated team of five members and one intern, empowering them with essential business insights and facilitating regular status meetings to ensure alignment and progress. By focusing on their professional development, I conducted performance reviews that fostered growth and enhanced team dynamics, ultimately contributing to a more effective recruitment process

I began my career as an onsite Recruiter for IBM, specializing in sourcing talent for various IT positions. My responsibilities encompassed a comprehensive range of recruitment activities, including crafting compelling job postings, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and engaging in direct follow-ups with clients to ensure alignment with their hiring needs. Additionally, I oversaw the onboarding process to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires, contributing to a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational goals

I honed my recruitment skills specializing in various IT roles, including Software Developers, DBAs, Business Intelligence professionals, SAP Consultants, and IT Support. My experience involved utilizing job boards such as OCC and Computrabajo, conducting thorough phone screenings, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process. Within six months, I was promoted to lead a team of three, including two members in Guadalajara and another in Costa Rica. I also played a vital role in a project to recruit SAP consultants across Europe and the US, demonstrating my ability to handle international recruitment initiatives while contributing to the organization's growth
