Ecem Seyrek

During my production internship at TUBITAK Uzay, I focused on translating theoretical production constraints into practical optimization models. I coded a dynamic scheduling model in Gurobi and gained practical experience in improving production planning efficiency through algorithmic problem solving. This experience enhanced my understanding of constraint based production systems and how coding can streamline complex manufacturing decisions.

Contributed to the Project Management Department by observing and learning the workflow of project management processes, approaches to problem-solving, and the decomposition of systems into subsystems and components. Conducted research, identified problems, and developed potential solutions while preparing a project proposal report for my advisor. Improved skills in project documentation and advanced Excel functions, while gaining hands-on experience in system analysis and project coordination.

Active member of the university volleyball team, gaining valuable experience in collobration, teamwork, leadership, communication and quick decison-making skills under pressure.
