Manager and co-leader of EY Philippines' Actuarial and Pensions Services practice, with focus on retirement consulting, particularly advising companies in their initiatives to setup a formal retirement plan or to shift from a Defined Benefit scheme to a Defined Contribution scheme. Earned the team Special Award for Client Leadership for Project Graze, a due diligence engagement on a regional animal nutrition and feedmilling company where the client would later win the acquisition. Led the team in the audit of actuarial valuation reports in accordance with PAS19 spanning entities from different industries, including banks, power and utilities, retail, and shared service centers. Supported the audit of life and general insurance actuarial reserves in accordance with Philippine statutory regulations. Supported the HR due diligence for a regional construction management consulting firm by establishing the financial impact of acquiring the target's retirement obligations under different scenarios.

Responsible for performing retirement valuations and preparing reports of different regions, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Canada. Served as country manager for Taiwan valuations since 2012 due to proficiency in the Chinese language. As country manager, ensured that all Taiwan valuations are delivered with utmost quality in a timely manner especially during the yearend reporting season. Garnered the Asia Pacific Achievement Award for Q4 2013 due to my contributions to the Taiwan team.

Advised one of the top 5 Philippine banking conglomerates in its initiative to shift from a Defined Benefit retirement plan to a Defined Contribution retirement plan, which will yield PhP 1 billion in long-term actuarial savings. Assisted specific manufacturing companies in the redesign of their current retirement plans. Currently leads the audit of PAS19 actuarial valuation reports.
