To oversees the effective and efficient operation of company and ensures departmental alignment with the organisation’s business operations. And to works closely with his or her colleagues on the senior management team to derive, implement and manage the strategy for IT developments that provide on-going cost-effective solutions for all aspects of the organisation’s business activity and development and ensure IT capacity to adequately support current and projected business volumes.

As a member of the senior management team, I make a constructive and effective contributions to the formulation of the company’s key business and service objectives and formulate progressive team strategies that enables the company achieve her objectives.

* ➢ Formulation and implementation of Information Technology Policies for PILOT. * ➢ Identification, acquisition and deployment of Information Technology Hardware, Software and * other resources in line with PILOT’s business needs and changes in the operating environment. * ➢ Ensuring the appropriate approvals for all IT activities are in place. * ➢ Ensuring that all computer equipment are maintained regularly and that the third party vendors * comply with the maintenance/purchase contracts. * ➢ Identifying and implementing computer training programs for PILOT Staff. * ➢ Work with all vendors to ensure smooth running of the department * ➢ General administration of the Information Technology Department. * ➢ Test company wireless network access to ensure compliance to published guidelines.
