* Teaching English at the Center and at several public schools. * At the Cleverlearn English Center * Responsibilities: * creating and delivering 90 min classes * creating mid term and final exams * adjusting the syllabus according to the needs and necessities of the class * organizing indoor activities * speaking tests for new candidates * representing and promoting the Center at different external events * I have worked with the following groups: * IELTS (International English Language Testing System) * Conversational English 2B and 2A * Conversational English 1A (adult beginners) * Clever Kids 5B and 6A (advanced kids) * Occasionally I also taught groups such as: Clever Kids 2B, preCK and preIELTS. * Over the 6 months I was permanently placed at 3 public schools: Hiep Phu, Ta Uyen and Nguyen Minh Quang where I was in charge of creating and delivering 40 or 80 min classes with grades 1 to 5 (6 to 12 years old). * I have occasionally taught at other public schools (Hoang Dieu, VVH, Phuc Binh) as well * delivering make up classes or covering for other teachers.

Working with the Finance and Legal Board team of consultants in order to provide support for AIESEC entities on the topics of legality, finance, transparency and reserves. I was responsible for the follow up and coaching of the entities in the region (Central Eastern Europe) and reporting to the Board.

* Final responsible for all Talent Management and Learning & Development projects and programs as well as all HR processes in local offices (Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Training and Development, R&R, etc...) * Designed 6 leadership conferences for AIESEC members (50 * 130 participants per conference) with the purpose of aligning organizational strategy and organizational culture * Consulting and coaching heads of HR of 5 local AIESEC chapters on establishing and improving all HR process * Developing and executing national talent strategies that lead to improving members productivity across country * Aligning and implementing the national membership education cycle

The project was delivered in Osijek and was based on diversifying the education program in primary schools by bringing foreign students to teach different topics in English. Six schools participated in the project. I coordinated a team of 6 local and 5 foreign students, the communication between schools, parents, responsible teachers and my teams. I was also tracking the budget and reports we delivered to the NGO whose grant financed the project.
