*Creating a positive diagnostic and management experience for concussion patients* As a sports neuropsychologist, I provide neurocognitive screening as well as up-to-date concussion education. I also launched a novel intervention for the treatment of prolonged post-concussion symptoms that includes traditional sports psychology with "live" action experience (stationary bike, sport specific exercise, etc.). I assist my patients as they work through the frustration of prolonged post-concussion symptoms while exercising in order to get back to their peak performance.

Polster Performance is my practice practice where I work as a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the enhancement of brain and body health through positive cognitive and behavioral change. I utilize evidence-based strategies including stress management/breathing training, mindfulness, cognitive training, and biofeedback, all of which are designed to assist an individual with leveraging their core strengths in order to reach their peak potential. Provided psychological consultation/liaison services in multiple hospital units (Med/Surg, Pediatrics, Trauma, Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, RCU, NICU, SCU, Peds/HemOnc) by assisting patients with cognitive restructuring and behavioral strategies designed to facilitate optimal recovery. Led staff trainings for the Stroke Team on managing challenging patients and healthcare worker stress.
