Projects- a) MIS- To work closely with the software developer and help him out with the requirements of the clinic for establishing a Management Information System Software. b) Recruitment- Streamlining a process for recruitment and selection of the medical and non medical staff for each clinic and overlooking the whole process is completed within stipulated time. c) Marketing and branding- developing a strategy which helps communicate the differentials of the organization to the prospect customers and making sure an effective implementation
