Dr. Mustafa Eldeeb

With nearly 20 years of hands-on business experience and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Dr. Mustafa has founded and led multiple ventures across the services sector.He began his professional career in the training field in 2006, later launching his first business venture in 2011 with Al-Rowad MTC in the corporate training sector. In 2015, he expanded into the entertainment industry through AdventureRooms, introducing escape room and experiential concepts to the local market. In 2016, he diversified into consulting services with Al-Rowad Consulting, followed by expansion into team building services and later into event management in 2021.In 2022, he unified his ventures under Mazecs Services W.L.L., an independent services company focused on structured growth and operational excellence. Mazecs currently operates through three primary divisions: Training & Consulting, Team Building & Events, and Entertainment.Over the years, he has worked with corporate, government, and semi-government entities across Qatar and the GCC region, delivering services in corporate training, management consulting, team building, and event management.
