Lead professional learning and support for six networks of schools, totaling 210 school communities located in all five boroughs of NYC. Focused on School Improvement, providing intensive supervisory support, planning and implementation guidance to new school leaders and schools on improvement pathways.

Provided support and turnaround strategies to schools; mentoring and coaching school leaders, resulting in improved academic outcomes.

Responsible for all aspects of Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Technology, Special Education, and Assessments for the Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District. Port Chester is a high need, high performing District that embraces diversity and strives for "Success for Every Student ". Accomplishment highlights: · Initiated and developed, via committee, a research based teacher evaluation tool · Developed, via committee, a Five Year Instructional Technology Plan · Strengthened Special Education continuum of programs including inclusion and co-teaching programming including enhanced special education self contained classrooms · Initiated Data Warehouse Project · Led adoption of K ­ 8 Inquiry based Science Program · Initiated curriculum mapping project · Strengthened parent programs and the home school connection · Founding partner of the Southern Westchester Collaborative High School, a therapeutic, alternative High School Facilitated the development of School BAsed Health Centers

Accountable for all operations inherent in a comprehensive student support services division. Areas of responsibility include special education, attendance, guidance, health services, social work, speech language and hearing, psychological services, parental involvement, family resource centers, career readiness, adult and alternative education, extended day/year activities community based organization and business collaborations and partnerships, discipline, and redistricting.
