The IBC provides ethics guidelines and a comprehensive framework of principles for the 194 member countries of UNESCO. Very experienced physician ethicist with expertise in providing health care services, advice and support for patients and relatives, as well as the health care professions. Invaluable expertise in providing consultation, advice, counselling, and expertise in bioethics and palliative care. Bioethics addresses ethical issues in medicine, health care, research, and the life sciences. Palliative care provides supportive health care until the last day of life in terminal illnesses.
