About

Thirty years on the sharp edge — Air Force, SOCOM, and 25 years in law enforcement — produced three things: experiences that rebuilt me, a book that named what I was carrying, and a framework architecture that I now bring to the people responsible for building everyone else. I'm not in the trauma lane. I'm not in the wellness lane. I'm in the leadership lane — durability, moral courage, and legacy for the people leading our first responders. The I.M.P.R.I.N.T. Framework™ was built for field training officers through executive leadership — the seven components that determine what a leader actually transfers to the people around them. Leader-Driven Durability™ was built for command staff — because durability isn't a personal responsibility, it's a leadership imperative. The HAL-RA model extends Dr. Chris Frueh's Operator Syndrome research to the broader first responder population — and gives individuals and agencies a name for what's been happening to their best people for decades. If you run a squad, a law enforcement agency, or book speakers for law enforcement conferences, I'll see you soon.
