Supervise Vehicle Electronics supply chain team consisting of two inventory analysts; conduct bi-annual employee reviews and performance evaluations for direct reports; supplier relation management- supplier performance measurement, transportation issues; warehouse management- receipt discrepancies, packing, and storing; distribution center performance evaluation, fill rate analysis, cost reduction activities through lean practices- reduction of expedites, excess and obsolete material, minimum order quantity, and lead time; sales forecast analysis, inventory forecast, yearly inventory budget; and monthly presentation of product line performance to the executive staff.

Own the inventory health of the Vehicle Electronics product line from our suppliers to our end customers; material resource planning and scheduling; participate in customer, product, and supplier launch teams; inventory and purchase order reconciliation; customer demand management - seasonality, compliance, and fill rates.

Stabilize diesel product lines that were experiencing low customer satisfaction and lost sales; weekly delivery performance meetings with upper management to report issues and updates; re-prioritize importance of brand in order to obtain high level of focus on its improvement; analyze sourcing and forecasting strategies.

Responsible for inventory at 2 central warehouses and 4 branch facilities; product ordering, expediting, transportation, and storage; identify and resolve past due orders; audit product parameters; optimize packaging needs.
