Birdeye is a leading on-chain data aggregator designed for crypto traders across 20+ blockchain networks. By transforming raw blockchain data into actionable insights, Birdeye empowers traders to find "alpha" before it hits the mainstream. As part of the leadership team during the growth stage, I owned product strategy and execution across web and mobile, leading a 25+ cross-functional team and scaling the platform to 500K+ MAUs.

Role concluded following the acquisition of Levana Protocol by Rujira. Levana is a perpetual DEX on the Cosmos blockchain. From launch to growth stage, I played a key role in driving its growth to $3 billion in trading volume within a year, establishing Levana as a top decentralized exchange across Osmosis, Neutron, SEI and Injective.

AshSwap is a stableswap DEX on the MultiversX blockchain (formerly Elrond), offering a comprehensive suite of products, including both volatile and stable asset swaps, as well as a DEX aggregator service with an SDK.​ Within the first 4 months of its mainnet launch, AshSwap achieved $5 million in TVL and $10 million in trading volume, solidifying its position as the #1 stableswap DEX in the MultiversX ecosystem.

Panprices is a cross-border shopping platform that helps consumers buy Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances at up to 30% cheaper than local prices. In addition to B2C, Panprices offers B2B price intelligence services to big retailers and brands. From pre-product market fit to growth stage, I directly shaped the company’s vision, business model and strategy, while leading Product, User Experience and Growth efforts of the company. Panprices is backed by some of Sweden’s largest private investors with experience as founders and/or early investors in Fyndiq, Tradera (acquired by eBay), Home24, Payson, and DoubleClick (acquired by Google).

Management Consulting Prep (MCP) is an e-learning career prep platform that helps students secure job offers at top-tier management consulting companies. During my tenure, I helped scale the business from ideation to being a top 4 market leader with 200k+ MAUs.
