· Participate in the production of programs, series and documentaries around the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, missions include conducting editorial research, shooting and interviewing, translating and subtitling, etc. · Propose new stories/formats to diversify WBD's programs and content; advise team on marketing and activation strategies of existing programs. · Communicate with other teams and companies in various countries (e.g. Red Bull, NBC, HBO Max, Discovery +) on different projects/stories/athletes (including big names like Simone Biles and Armand Duplantis); follow up on projects in production internally and externally. · Create promotional videos and posters for communication and social media (which could be found in official social media pages of Eurosport and several sports stars).

· Part of the producing and directing team of 90 episodes of StarTimes’s original sports show, dealing with affairs such as pitching ideas, writing scripts, supervising live recording, and post-production work like video-editing, translating and creating marketing materials for the show. · Participate in live broadcasting work for 16 Bundesliga, 6 Europa League and 45 Euro Cup matches, tasks include directing, quick editing, and translating for French-speaking and English-speaking commentators to ensure accurate and timely communication. · Independently direct, edit and produce two episodes for the mini-documentary series "In Beijing" featuring local running communities and Beijing Marathon, the biggest local event for runners. · Manage social media and expand online presence; create over 20 original video teasers for internal and external communication. · Translate and edit sports news stories in Chinese, English, and French.

· Translate news stories and news videos from Chinese to English, publish two translation work with byline; accompany and translate for the visiting reporters from TASS News Agency. · Proofread, review, and edit news stories sent from correspondents to ensure quality.

· Select and review over 70 French drama scripts after reading over 1000 scripts, write commentary on their pros, cons, and commercial prospects; participate in the pre-production work of 2 developing projects adapted from the selected scripts. · Scoute over 10 promising Chinese drama writers, write evaluation reports on their works, and establish liaison with the talents. · Provide support for the company’s business visit at Festival d'Avignon in France.
