The Higher Education Academy (HEA) is the national body which champions teaching excellence.We provide value to the HE sector by focusing on the contribution of teaching as part of the wider student learning experience.We do this through recognising the good standing and teaching professionalism of individuals and of institutional commitment to the professional development of their teaching staff. This recognition is enabled by the HEA's lead in the development and on-going management of the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) on behalf of the sector.

I discussed a final dissertation focused on the issue of the supplier selection, entitled “The optimal supplier selection techniques in the EPC Companies”. A paper synthesizing the results of the thesis has been published in the "Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management".

My PhD thesis is entitled "Enhancing the decision making process leading to the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health interventions in Small and Medium sized Enterprises". Apart from Occupational Safety and Health, I developed papers focused on Supply Chain Management.
