 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via calls and mails  Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business  Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations  Get orders to meet sales target and prepare contracts for customers, negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales  Gathering market and customer information  Prepare devices & accessories for new orders & stock. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers  Resolve customers’ claims or complains  Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Purchasing staff at UMC Electronics Vietnam - Tan Truong Industrial zone, Hai Duong Province  Check MRP & issue PO base on customers’ demand  Manage PO and delivery schedule; co-operate with other departments like logistic, warehouse team, etc to ensure enough materials for production  Contact with suppliers for delivery check, new PO issue, and many unexpected problems including defected goods, missing and exceed of goods, etc)  Control stock & make payment
