Lead the team of localization producers and localization program managers focused on developing, stabilizing and improving localization pipelines for all Riot’s products to include interactive content (games), around game (marketing & publishing), ESPORTS and Entertainment (Film & TV such as Arcane). Manage stakeholders and build strategy across Riot’s growing slate of products and experiences to ensure a holistic approach to all localization needs by collaborating with Localization Technology (engineering) and Localization Operations (global Riot offices in region).

Head of Localization Production leading Localization across all Blizzard IPs and non-game platforms to include animation, marketing, consumer products as well as web & mobile. Our team is embedded with all game development teams and content creators to trigger all global localization operations and own the asset management pipeline from source to the global player experience. Leading dubbing production, the team responsible for ensuring the foreign language audio experience for the tens of millions of international subscribers retains the same creative intent as the original version. Helped create a market and industry for live-action English dubbing in order to expand the audience for Netflix’s growing International Original slate in offering an immersive, high-quality experience outside of subtitles. Led initiatives to push decades-old dubbing industry practices in order to create quality dubs across the entire Netflix Original catalog.

Managing a team of Content Localization Specialists with expertise in audiovisual translation that set forth the strategic and creative vision of the content localization approach, for subtitle and dub origination for Netflix originals. Ensuring we preserve the creator's vision yet being culturally aware and sensitive, to provide a seamless experience. Setting the strategic vision for the team to ensure scalability and improvements to current industry standards and workflows, both creative and operational.

Managing the creation of subtitles and dubs for Netflix Originals in over 20 languages, to include voice casting for dub actors and providing creative direction. As a part of the Content Localization team, we ensure that content creators’ creative intent is upheld through the localization process and that Netflix’s global customers have the best possible experience. Constantly innovating and optimizing workflows in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Netflix‘s localization efforts. An example is Chelsea, Netflix‘s first talk show. I helped design and manage a workflow that allowed Netflix to air episodes globally 30 hours after recording with subtitle coverage in 20 languages, 3 times a week.

Managing an audiovisual translation and accessibility quality control team for Netflix Originals, ensuring the delivery and successful deployment of all localized assets to our site. Establishing quality standards, developing an Audio Description workflow and expanding a long term approach for the best customer experience across all Netflix Originals.

Managing a quality control team for audiovisual translation to include subtitling and dubbing, to ensure the best subscriber experience in the Latin American market for Netflix licensed content. Managed localization vendors and provided performance metrics and analysis. Innovating current workflows as well as developing and strengthening current QC processes for efficiency and scalability.

Coordination of multiple departments to deliver high quality subtitles for theatrical releases. Overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring deadlines are met for international release dates. Creative decision making for micropositioning of subtitles and determining best viewer experience.

Supervising a team of 30+ linguists and 10+ intelligence analysts. Overseeing all operations to ensure all teams were performing duties in a timely manner to provide accurate information to multiple federal agencies for the Department of Defense. Duties included training, determining skillset of individuals for proper placement as well as terminating individuals where necessary. Efficiently communicating with federal agents and escalating issues to the senior project manager. Identifying trends in translator performance and productivity, scheduling and general managerial duties. A national secret clearance was needed to perform duties. A permanent position as the general project manager (managing all operations) was offered, however, at this point in time I declined to pursue my Master's Degree in England.
