• Participated in global quarterly planning meetings to develop Product roadmap, grooming and backlog management Implemented in bi-weekly sprints using SAFe Agile. • Collaborate with data scientists, other product managers, marketing, sales and external data suppliers across the globe to develop competitive digital identity solutions. • Manage Proofs-of-Concept, defining success criteria, coordinating Solution Engineering and Data Scientists to win new sales opportunities. • Onboard new customers to Telesign’s PhoneID solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve API technical issues for Digital Identity products, collaborating with Customer Success and Technical Support to ensure high customer satisfaction. • Develop, maintain and improve technical documentation for integrating third-party data sources (data lakes and data streams). • Represented Telesign at Serbian Product Community Roadmap Conference.

• Installed optical cables, connectors, end boxes and distribution panels. • Procured materials, equipment and devices necessary for installation. • Implemented procedures for quality control and regulatory compliance. • Utilized Fujikura splicers and EXFO OTDR for testing.
