As the Captain of Drishti 2025, SBUP’s flagship intercollegiate fest, I had the privilege of leading BIMM’s representation across Sports, Cultural, Business, and Fun Events, coordinating 100+ participants over a month-long competition. This role involved end-to-end event planning, team delegation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, faculty, and university-level committees. I also led strategic decisions on practice scheduling, participant management, and represented BIMM in formal appeals concerning event structure and fairness. 🔹 Directed & motivated cross-functional student teams 🔹 Managed real-time execution & high-pressure decision-making 🔹 Liaised with faculty & event committees for critical approvals 🔹 Advocated for student welfare through official channels 🔹 Balanced leadership with empathy, discipline, and resilience Though we secured 2nd place by just 0.098 points, our journey was a true reflection of unity, passion, and team spirit.
