Category Manager; Footwear BU's: Running, Training & Core Performance Sports.

In my role as Assistant Category Manager at Reebok, I oversee the development and management of our sports footwear line. My responsibilities include: Product Development: Leading the design and development process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs. Market Research: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy and innovation. Performance Analysis: Monitoring product performance through sales data and consumer feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings. Training and Development: Providing product training and support to sales teams across India, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and selling techniques. Wear Testing: Managing the wear testing process for performance shoes by collaborating with athletes, and gathering their feedback to inform product improvements. My role at Reebok allows me to combine my passion for sports with my expertise in footwear, helping to create products that meet the needs of athletes and sports enthusiasts. My goal is to continue driving innovation and excellence in sports footwear, contributing to the success and growth of Reebok.

The flagship STRIDE Management Trainee program consists of a very comprehensive training which starts right from the grassroots levels like front end retail operations and across different functions.

Wrote and edited high-quality content and visually impactful programs under deadline pressure with exciting, captivating and authentic approach. Provided writing support in fast-paced environment for variety of public-facing materials. Initially started out with creative articles and eventually participated in writing news articles as well.
