In my current role as Regional Sales Executive exporting sustainable packaging for the food service and luxury retail sectors, I develop and strategic partnerships to expand our sales audience. My responsibilities center around establishing and nurturing strong relationships between buying partners and manufacturers. Key aspects of my role include strategic networking, orchestrating virtual tours of manufacturing facilities, conducting thorough quality evaluations, generating detailed independent QC reports, and coordinating logistics from raw material input to final delivery of finished good. Each of these roles is designed to grant buyers transparent insights into production procedures and provide them with complete control of production from anywhere in the world. I contribute significantly to the company's expansion by ensuring client contentment, upholding quality benchmarks, providing transparency of production processes, practicing continuous improvement ideology, and optimizing our supply chain.

As a Sales Project Manager, my role centered on effectively managing retail client projects, particularly in the realm of sourcing manufacturers from Vietnam and China. I liaised closely with clients to grasp their project requirements and conducted thorough research to pinpoint suitable manufacturers. Negotiating favorable terms, I oversaw the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery. My efforts resulted in successful projects, showcasing my skill in sourcing manufacturers and overseeing processes while upholding client satisfaction and quality standards.

I provided quality assurance of testing for Unmanned Combat Aerial Systems (UCAS) for the US Navy.

• Assure quality parts through process audits, Cpk analyses, sample measurements, and data documentation/reports and analyses. • Write documentation for standard work & quality assurance processes on factory floor. • Calibration, training, and auditing of all tool and gage metrology equipment including micrometers, calipers, plug gages, thread gages, comparators, etc.

• Conducted first article, in process, and final inspection of machined products using a variety of manual measuring instruments, gages, and CMM machines. • Wrote CMM part programs using PC-DMIS and ran programs on DCC machines. • Investigated root cause of non-conforming or defective product, and communicated with customers and workers to resolve any issues. • Created standard work instructions for workstations.

• Co-managed multifunctional teams at four locations teaching lean tools and strategies to eliminate waste, improve efficiency & productivity and instill continuous improvement ideology. • Facilitated teams to construct current and future state value stream maps, fishbone diagrams and effort impact grids to identify non-value adding waste, using Visio. • Identified root causes of problems and enacted Kaizen events to make improvements.

• Created manufacturing engineering instructions posted on site at workstations in a cellular assembly plant with detailed visual guides. • Executed tasks to support the implementation of a semi-automated manufacturing order fulfillment system.
