Responsible for the Procurement department attending all BU´s: Automotive, Home & Family, Travel, Health and Benefits, managing a team of 8 people (key account managers, controller and analysts), with different levels of skills and responsibilities; . Restructuring of the area: team activities redefinition and processes and policies development; . Participation in the post-acquisition process of the company by Generali group: Procurement strategies alignment for intercompany implementation; . Responsible for Forecast, Budget, Projects and Executive Alignment of all BL ́s; . Global Procurement representative of the European countries of the group; . Negotiation, market analysis and definition (strategy) of the supply/contracting model; . Development, organization and monitoring all the suppliers network; . Interface with the HR area to manage the Benefits and Fleet area: definition of the benefit, purchasing policies with suppliers and contracts negotiation; . New products / services development to increase the group's revenue, aligned with Sales and Marketing strategies; . KPI´s and processes involving the operation management, ensuring compliance with the objectives and established goals.

▪ Responsible for the global purchasing area of equipment and consumables (CAPEX and OPEX), managing a team of 3 direct and 8 indirect ▪ Management of the entire supply chain, from the projection of demand / need, equipment development, homologation, negotiation, storage, logistics, installation and maintenance of assets in general ▪ Structuring of national and global BID´s, using the Strategic Sourcing methodology ▪ Elaboration of Purchasing strategies focused on cost reduction ▪ Management of the end-to-end process with suppliers from negotiation to DC (input of consumables, storage, cargo consolidation and distribution) ▪ Negotiation, market analysis and supply model definition ▪ As National Manager responsible for the services purchase, for more than 500 stores in 18 states ▪ Creation of cross-functional and global teams, which aim to drive a transformation in the value chain (TCO), for contracting assets and services ▪ Main portfolios involved in Brasil: • IT| Facilities, Security, Money Transportation and Compliance | People Related – Benefits and Business Travel | Financial services – Payroll, Cards and Acquiring Fee

• Responsible for the entire purchasing chain management, from demand projection, equipment development, homologation, negotiation, storage, logistics, installation and maintenance of assets in general; • Participation in Walmart Global Sourcing for shared global purchases of equipment (USA, China, Mexico and Argentina) for an annual national baseline of R$ 21 MM; • Responsible for more than 30 equipment categories with an annual baseline of more than R$ 150 MM; • Participation in the implementation projects of integrated systems SAP, Electronic Market, Tedesco and E-auction (reverse auction).

• Training and understanding of the retail market as a whole, as well as its customers, future projections and trends; • Six Sigma project development for costs reduction and optimization for Capex

• Purchase management of all inputs and raw materials of the manufacturing process; • Production management based on qualitative and quantitative indicators of raw material purchase, production costs and origin of demands; • Structure negotiation processes and strategic alliances with national and regional suppliers; • Responsible for recruitment and training of the production team.
