Over 25 years across business, finance and operations, including as a business owner, have shaped how I see organisations. Not just through the numbers, but through how they truly run, grow and sustain themselves over time. That understanding is the foundation of everything I do.Today I lead the Bookkeeping and Payroll business unit at Lombardi Partners, a Top 100 public practice firm. A unit I built from the ground up and now guide through its scaling phase. My world is strategy, systems, people and operational excellence, all whilst working closely with business owners and internal teams towards the best possible outcome.I lead with honesty, integrity and respect, and I care deeply about doing things properly. Trust sits at the heart of how I work, both with clients and colleagues alike.Developing people is where I find great joy. I believe strong businesses are built by capable, supported people, and there is nothing I love more than watching someone rise into their potential and inspiring them to get there.There is real joy in the systems too. I am a big picture thinker by nature, and I love shaping that vision into something real, building and refining the process, and collaborating with others to make it work.As our profession evolves, particularly with the rise of AI, I am fascinated by how we rethink bookkeeping beyond compliance, into something more strategic, scalable and human.I have always believed real growth lives just outside your comfort zone, because nothing meaningful happens by standing still.
