• Screen compounds for efficacy in tumor & T cell-based assays assessing either target protein inhibition or degradation with subsequent functional readouts • Develop and optimize project-specific assay protocols to answer timeline-progressing biological questions

• Designed and executed experiments to investigate how immunologic age affects breast cancer progression and therapeutic responses to create age stratified treatment plans • Utilized barcoded tumor cells to explore and understand how heterogeneity of tumors affects their growth, response to treatment, and effect on the tumor microenvironment

• Facilitated transition from flow cytometry-based readout to luciferase-based readout for tumor cells remaining after phagocytosis assay • Designed and tested a multi-color flow cytometry panel to identify changes in expression of known "don't eat me" and "eat me" signals from tumor cells after target knockout

• Created plasmids for genetic engineering of knockouts, to be used in validation of targets found in a CRISPR sorting screen • Cultured and drugged several cell lines with different small molecule inhibitors and measured MHC-I expression by flow cytometry

• Guided students through development in Algebra I & II, Geometry, and Calculus I and II • Provided direction for the SAT and ACT tailored to the student's strengths and weaknesses

• Performed immunoassays to assess T cell immunogenicity in response to cell lysates & adjuvant • Facilitated mouse studies, including vaccine prep, tumor measurements and end-of-studies

• Stayed at an overnight camp in Sunapee, New Hampshire as a counselor to nine 10-year-olds • Kept the campers safe and happy throughout various activities during the day, such as sports, waterfront, skits, and dances

• Examined current laboratory equipment for deficiencies and used SolidWorks to design and 3D print new apparatuses • Engaged in bi-weekly meetings to discuss current progress and learn about biomedical applications in the fields of optics and neuroscience
