> In charge to implement and drive the Sourcing Strategy for Corrugated, Solid Board and Paper (sub-categories of Packaging) in 11 factories across Central and West Africa region (especially Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Senegal,Mo Guinea and Mali) ; > Negociate and Update contracts to allow purchase orders; > Implement cost saving and 'Innovation & Renevation' initiatives ; > Prepare and review procurement budget on Packaging; > Coordinate some SEDEX audits with SGS to ensure supplier compliance with company requirements for ethical behaviors, environment and safety.

> Ensure the availability of direct materials (packaging and raw materials) for production, through the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process : • Monitor material requirements and issue Purchase Orders; • Prepare the delivery schedule and plan material deliveries, on the different factory warehouses, in a timely way; • Liaise with Account Payable Service to ensure supplier invoice payments. > Perform Supplier evaluation for direct materials.

Training provided and certified by SGS. > Prepare and conduct certification pre-audits.

> Deliver trainings to operators on NCE basis and foundations ; > Support Operation Reviews implementation (Shift Handover, Daily review) ; > Provide Coaching to team members on problem solving and root cause analysis tool application (Go See, '5 WHYs', DMAIC).
