Diana Dolzhenko MBA
Senior Consultant, Accounting advisory services @ KPMG Switzerland
About
I started in banking, worked my way up to Head of SME Lending in the Head office (around 50 people, 10 regions, full P&L responsibility), then made a deliberate move into Big 4 to go deeper on the technical side: IFRS reporting, consolidation, and accounting advisory across pharma, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, banking, hedge funds, green energy, and IT. Nine years at PwC and KPMG across Ukraine, Poland, and Switzerland gave me not just technical depth but also hands-on experience working with multicultural teams and navigating diverse regulatory environments. I like complexity. Large volumes of data, multi-entity structures, and reporting environments that need to be built or fixed. I apply a kaizen mindset to everything I do and actively explore how AI is changing financial reporting and analysis. If you work in finance transformation, group reporting, consolidation, or AI in finance, I would be glad to connect.
