Managed a team of GiftCard Specialists to reach annual sales of $197M, 15% above our goal. Organized and attended trade shows to solicit new clients and manage VIP relationships.

Led access control HIPAA audit and remediation plan for OCR preparedness. Managed resources, workload and overall project management for the deployment of single-sign on (SSO) for applications company wide. Gathered and documented requirements and use cases for new IAM projects and enhancements. Partnered with internal and external resources for software support and upgrades, incident management and new development.
