The Project Management overseas all aspects of the project including planning, monitoring, coordinating and controling. Responsible to ensure the successfulness of a project by setting project milestone, resolve or escalate problem or issue, review and improve process, prepare relevant documentation, assign responsibility, control cost and track progress of the each task as per Project Management Process Flow. The project Management may responsible for more than one project at a time.

Represent the bank and work closely with clients who are seeking for mortgage loan, becoming the face for the bank to handle clients from the beginning of application to approver of the loan and subsequently disbursement of the loan. To station at developers lunching sites every weekend to assists patron to any mortgage related question. On top of that, required to liaise with the developer’s person in charge, real estate agents and lawyers to generate potential leads and to cross sales the bank’s other product in order to generate a higher profit margin and better efficient unit for the bank.
