Responsible for Delivery of process , oversight of projects by junior developers

after outsourcing was completed one, of my previous roles where I was the SME, was merged with the global markets documentation team. As in my previous role I optimized the new some of the new roles I began training in , extending the functionality of the Macro based spreadsheets to merge multiple templates into single sheets, digitalizing input and allowing excel to interact with the backend terminal systems using VBA Programming. I extended the macros to actually partially automate a lot of the repetitive manual entry performed in the area, streamlined multiple processes, Including automating ad-Hoc requests for large once off system updates in liaison with business owners in Global Markets. I was also responsible for reporting problems to the Back end support teams for multiple processes and performed some rudimentary technical support to my own team and was heavily involved in several upgrades and I.T migrations in my team on the team. I was also involved in the implementation of new processes and roles that were on boarded to our team

I began working in bank of Ireland in 2008 as an office Administrator. I worked in several different roles on my first team in the retrievals area servicing back office requests from customers and branch net for copies of documentation i.e copies of processed cheques, duplicate statements etc while there I worked on multiple roles in the team learning multiple processes and optimizing their performance by implementing access and excel based logging systems. I was involved in getting our original free form email based workflows firstly into rule based macro enabled word documents and then aiding in the implementation of a workflow system and setting up procedures around the workflow system and integrating it into our day to day. I was also involved in outsourcing tasks to regional hubs and rewriting procedures for the redeployment to those areas. I was also responsible for MI generation and logging for our area.

Activities and Societies: I was a member of Youth leaders international (now Leaders International) and traveled to the US, Spain and Oxford during the Summer for 3 years
