I have seventeen years of gaming experience. I have strong technical skills and proficiency in the Gaming Industry. In addition, I have been casino departmental management for fourteen years. In my last position I served as the Drop / Count team manager. I have done consulting for casinos, computer based learning centers, and a horseracing track. In my last position I was responsible for writing departmental SOPs. The final version was 160 pages. I have above average computer skills. I built all of the spread sheets that we used on a daily basis. I have worked in the security, cage, and slot departments as well. I am very detailed oriented.

I participated in the daily duties of a Drop/ Count Team member. These duties include Counting and recording funds from table games (Soft Count), Dropping (collecting), counting, recording the funds from slot machines (Hard Count), verifying such funds, and transferring these funds.

I was a Search and Rescue member. My duties were to search and rescue, lost, injured, or deceased subjects. It was my responsibility to stay trained and be ready at a moment’s notice. I have completed the following FEMA NIMS courses and hold the certificates for ICS 100 and ICS 300. I also hold a current Health Provider CPR card. Our unit also did traffic control and crowd control for local events.

Customer service through working on slot machines: I trouble shoot and repair slot machine malfunctions. I have done many machine installations from start to finish. This includes maintaining entries and conectivity for the player tracking system. I run and maintain data and power lines throughout the casino. Trouble shooting and maintaining player tracking system links are a major part of the casino operations. Maintaining and updating current slot machine software is required by the Colorado Division of Gaming. We must adhere to the ICMPs put in place by the Colorado Division of Gaming. This includes putting together and maintaining all the required paperework and data base for each game. Also one of the many functions of a Slot Machine Technician is to fill in as a Slot Attendant as needed. I maintain the EZ file records through the Colorado Department of Gaming. Currently I work with 515 machines on the gaming floor. I have had one on one training with many of the Slot Industry Manufacturers
