Key Responsibilities:  Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.  Estimate costs and submit bids regarding HVAC and MEP products, prepare quotation and documentation for consultant, contractor and customers for engineering construction and extraction project.  Provide technical and commercial support for the customer of the product we represent. Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.  Work with Manager & Sales Engineer to determine business needs and solutions.  Provide post-sales support to customers as needed and communicate customer feedback in order to make appropriate actions.
