I am a Junior Service Designer based in Milano, Italy. I am currently working at the international design agency Backelite Italia. My role as service designer leads me to be curious, creative and pro-active on a daily basis, I'm taking this opportunity also to work closely with user experience designers to deepen my knowledge in this field.  I got my master degree in Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano, in April 2018.  ​Thanks to my past experiences abroad, Sweden (IKDC University) and Germany (IXDS design agency) I had the opportunity to learn a lot from two different cultures. I have an open-minded, positive attitude and am ready to step out of my comfort zone to achieve the best possible results. ​What I'm most passionate about is "thinking". I like to make predictions, place bets on the future, test viability of service concepts and ideas, and prototype future service experiences. I learned how to ideate business opportunities by applying a user-centred design approach to improve people's lives.
