Coaching Business Leaders to maximize teams’ strengths and unleash potential is one of the most exciting parts of my job. +15 years experience spans across Global Technology Consulting companies in which I’ve held a variety of HR Business Partner & Talent Management roles in South Africa, APAC & Brazil (Growth Markets). I find working with multi-culturally diverse teams a truly enriching experience to expand my perspectives and views on the world. I love operating in an integrated, collaborative way bringing the people strategy to life to achieve meaningful impact. I’m a massive fan of thought leadership resources to stay abreast of the latest thinking, research and best practices in rapidly changing environment. I use my top Gallup strengths (achiever, responsibility, maximizer, relator, futuristic) to bring the best of who I am to what I do! Two key principles I live by is 1) avoiding the victim mentality – a valuable life lesson I learnt from my role model, my father. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. We are in charge of our attitudes! 2) Challenging the status quo. Never stop asking ‘why’. There are so many societal stereotypes we have lived with over the years. We need to be courageous and break away from these nonsensical beliefs to bring change for our next generation.
