My journey in healthcare spans both the frontline and larger systems. I started as a medical technologist, where accuracy and accountability shaped my view of quality and care.I then spent several years in clinical benchmarking and healthcare standards, learning that meaningful change happens only when policies and structures make sense to the people using them. Staying close to real-world practice and valuing feedback have remained central to how I work.For the past eight years at Fullerton Health, I’ve focused on corporate healthcare, employee benefits and clinical operations. Now based in Jakarta, I oversee TPA operations, manage GS Laboratories, and lead the development of a new Executive Health Screening Centre.At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Healthcare works best when it’s built with people in mind and guided by purpose.
