Recruit, Organize and Lead a multinational Field Operation Team both in Kampala and on Site during the execute phase of one of the Major TotalEnergies Project in a country without any Oil and Gas production history. Field Operation Team cover all activities related to Production Methods, Site Operations, Training and Development of local manpower (more than 200 technicien staff), Commissioning and Start UP, Maintenance and Inspection, Process, Flow assurance, Well Performance on the asset with more than 400 production and water injection wells in sensitive onshore environment.

Lead multiskilled, transvers team of technical specialists during Project Reviews and Operational Safety reviews. Act as Field Operation expert during those reviews.

Provide support of operation of Total worldwide operated and non operated onshore assets. Bring Field Operation input in new development and prospect review and project. Responsible for the Kashagan and all Russian assets (Khariaga, Termokarst, YLNG, NOVATEK) operation support and coordination. Covering fonction of FOPS representative in PNG LNG project.

Manage activities of Production/Maintenance/Small Works operation of Khariaga Field. Ensure Production, HSE and budgets targets are achieved. Close follow up of OPEX. Carry on the activities related to transfer of Operatorship of Khariaga field to new operator.

Process Engineering of various facilities: FPSO, platforms, oil and gas collection and transportation pipelines networks, monophasic and polyphasic studies, flare systems, fractionation columns, lean oil plants design, etc.
