I was responsible for the definition and management of the LOC's Portfolio and Project Management framework and methodology. I conducted the CA Clarity's RFP process and started its implementation focusing on a pilot for the FCC Draw. I was in charge of the LOC's ERP implementation which was delivered on schedule. Also, I implemented the LOC's Intranet ahead of schedule saving more than R$ 100K and took part in a group that evaluated collaboration tools such as BOX, Sharepoint among others. I took part in other strategic activities such as staffing planning review for entire committee, budget reviews and process redesign/definition.
