As a senior resident, responsibilities included supervising medical students and interns in the medical floor and intensive care unit. Actively involved in multiple scholarly activity like research, journal club and morning reports and teaching.

Monmouth medical center is an community hospital. As an intern, responsibility primarily involved in patient care and teaching medical students.

Planned and initiated a project in the emergency room to improve the patient flow and throughput with a projected cost saving of 3,000,000$/annum by reducing the patient left without being seen.Initiated and completed a project in a Cath Lab that led to reduction of labor cost per patient by 25%.The annual cost saving for the Cath lab Lab is 250,000$/annum.
